and here I am with baby J during her Half-y Birthday :3 gave her animal crackers with peanut butter as treats. she’s a spoiled little lioness cub <3

this is Jackie trying to eat my fingers! i hate her when she does that. she’s 10 weeks old and does a lot of crazy stuff! like getting stuck in a small slot under our house, rolling in the mud, pooping, literally, everywhere, and getting all hyped up whenever we play, thus, making her think it’s okay to charge at me like a bull and attack my oh so lovely knees and calves. i would usually stop her by making the “tsst” sound they use on Dog Whisperer (btw i secretly wish to be a dog psychologist/vet, but then writing it here makes it a not so secret fact anymore so…). this worked for her 1st week here but now she becomes even crazier whenever i do that so i spank her little nose or jam the Nylabone or ropey toy down her throat to stop her. then she does this puppy face…

which makes me feel all guilty for being mean to her :< meeeh

Baby Jinkie is gone :( Distemper got her. We were supposed to have her vaccinated today. Sadly, she developed a high fever last Saturday. She didn’t want to do anything. She didn’t eat, she didn’t drink, and she didn’t want to play. :( We went to the vet last Monday to have her checked. The vet took a blood sample from her and had this lab checked. Her results were normal but the vet said that it could be early signs of the viral infection. Monday night I had her sleep in my bed. She was restless and kept crying. Tuesday morning at around 9am, she stopped responding to anything. I saw her die. :(
